Co-Founder & CEO
Faheem has spent his entire career serving the small business market — advising founders being their banker, building products, and creating content to amplify their stories. Now, he’s focused on building tools that help small businesses compete and grow in an increasingly digital world. He also hosts Behind the Business a podcast that shares real stories from entrepreneurs and operators.
Based in Austin, Texas, Faheem leads product, research, and go-to-market at Figu. When he’s not working, you can find him hosting community events, chasing down the best burger spots in town, or planning his next golf trip.
Viktor Khon
Co-Founder & CTO
Viktor brings deep technical and operational experience, having led platform and infrastructure teams across both startups and larger tech companies. He’s passionate about designing elegant systems that scale and creating intuitive user experiences that just work.
A proud veteran, Viktor served in the U.S. Marines before transitioning into tech. He now lives in the Dallas metro area with his wife and two daughters. At Figu, he leads engineering and product development—making sure the chatbot is fast, secure, and easy for small teams to use right out of the box.
